Miami Heat's Udonis Haslem Poised to Help His Team in a Big Way in Game 3 Vs the Chicago Bulls in the 2011 NBA Playoffs
Udonis Haslem is a Miami guy.
He played his high school ball there, he went to University of Florida and he has played his entire eight-year NBA career as a member of the Miami Heat.
So when he steps on the floor at American Airlines Arena for the first time in six months, you better believe he is going to receive a standing ovation.
After missing virtually the entire season with a leg injury, Haslem made a tremendous impact in his first game with significant minutes. He had 10 points, five rebounds and two assists in 23 huge minutes off the bench.
Was he sore the next day? Of course. But the Heat caught a major break with a quirk in the NBA Playoff schedule that gave the two teams three full days of rest before Sunday's Game Three.
Haslem knows the crowd is ready for him tonight, but that isn't going to let him lose his focus:
